A laundry service outfit in the heart of Ikeja requires a Customer Service Executive who will be a brand ambassador, engaging customers with experiential services that will guarantee retention make every day a satisfying experience for customers.
Such an individual must be a good listener, have a positive attitude and be flexible.
Job Description
• Own and solve customer queries and internal challenges with a proactive approach
• Anticipate and identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats with external and internal customers
• Submit comprehensive weekly reports on business/customer activities to the Chief Executive Officer
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• HND minimum or its equivalent in any discipline. A professional qualification in customer relations, communication and allied areas will be an added advantage.
• Administrative skills required including excellent communication/interpersonal skills and reporting.
• Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Critical thinker and ability to make independent judgement
